By placing an order with BALAA, you agree to the following terms:
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom.
United Kingdom orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
International orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
BALAA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances outside of our control.
RETURNS
Due to the limited nature of BALAA releases, all sales are considered final.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
